I first tried the lemon nac when I purchased it from our local wholefoods. I had taken a naturopathic brand but had ran out and couldn't afford another appointment and prescription on top so I thought I'd try this. I was sceptical but absolutely blown away by the quality and support it has given to my health. If I feel a sore throat coming up or notice my lymphs up, I take 1tsp in water and its gone. I find it energising and now consider it a staple to our medicine cabinet.
