If for some reason things don't go to plan, please contact us immediately at hello@tonika.com.au and we can work out the best course of action to ensure your satisfaction.
If you are completely unsatisfied, we will accept returns for up to 10 days from delivery. You will need to send the item back to PO BOX 23, Montmorency, VIC, 3094.
You can return your order for a refund, exchange or store credit.
