  • 1/2 cup ice⁣
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 avo (if small) 1/4 avo (if large)
  • 3 tbsp natural coconut yogurt
  • 1 big handful of baby spinach⁣
  • 1/4 tsp Tonika's cordyceps
  • 2 heaped tbsp of cacao powder
  • 1 tsp Tonika's cacao and maca adaptogenic blend⁣ (optional)
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into glass and dust with Tonika's Cacao and Maca Creamer and cacao nibs.⁣
